- Creamy pumpkin soup with almonds (vegetarian)

- Slowly cooked duck drumstick on a bed of sauerkraut with potato puree and balsamic jus served in a bowl

FISH
- Sea cocktail bavarois with grilled paprika dressing

- Halibut tournedos, filled with smoked mackerel and a Dutch stamp-pot* with green vegetables accompanied by a light lime sauce (*specialty with mashed potatoes and vegetables)
