A delicious Indonesian rice table with unlimited drinks from the Dutch bar (beer, wine and soft drinks).

The various dishes of this rice table are mostly mild. The rice table contains two basic sorts of dishes: four meat dishes and three vegetarian dishes.

The buffet contains:

Nasi Putih (white rice), Nasi Kuning (yellow rice, prepared with coconut),

Ayam Kerrie (chicken fillet in curry sauce),

Ayam Kecap (chicken fillet in a sauce of sweet onion and soy),

Daging Rendang (stewed beef in coconut sauce),

Sate Ayam (chicken sate with peanut sauce),

Tahu Telor (tahu in omelette and lightly sweet sauce), Sambal Goreng Beans (French beans in lightly spicy sauce), Sambal Goreng Telor (egg in medium spicy sauce),

prawn crackers,

Atjar Tjampoer (Indonesian coleslaw in sour juice), Serundeng (scalded coconut with peanuts),

Bawang Goreng (fried onions), Sambal Badjak (homemade sambal),

Sate sauce & Gadogado (Indonesian vegetables salad in peanut sauce).
