Program (example):

19:00 embarkation. Welcome on board, followed by a starter course. Choise out of smoked rib-eye filled with celeriac salad and cranberry compote or sea cocktail bavarois with grilled paprika dressing.

19:45 disembarkation at a restaurant of choice for the main course

21:00 dessert on board, a small taste experience out of our pastry kitchen:

Coffee creme brulee / tiramisu / small glass of fruit salad / coffee with pralines

22:00 disembarkation, end of program
